Return Process

  Place the items in their original MARIEMUR packaging, ensuring all security tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact and undisturbed.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
